• Your passport data page and passport photo.
• Travel preferences (dates, tier, room-sharing, dietary needs).
• Payment references (we do not store full card details on our systems).

Your information is used only for the services you've asked us to deliver — visa processing, flight and hotel bookings, ground transport arrangements, and communication about your trip.

We use your data solely to fulfil your booking. We do not sell, rent, or share your information for marketing purposes, and we do not add you to unrelated mailing lists.

Your information is shared only with parties strictly necessary to deliver your service, such as:

• Saudi visa authorities and the Ministry of Hajj.
• Airlines and hotels handling your booking.
• Ground transport and guide partners in the Kingdom.

No third party receives more information than they need to perform their part of your trip.

Your data is held on access-controlled systems and only staff working on your booking can view it. Passport scans are kept only for as long as needed to complete your trip and to meet any record-keeping obligations, and are securely deleted afterward.
