Legal
Terms & Conditions
The terms below govern your booking and use of our travel, Hajj, Umrah, and visa services.
Booking & payment
All quotes are valid for 14 days from the date issued. A booking is confirmed once a deposit is received; the balance is due by the date stated on your booking confirmation, and always before visa filing or ticket issuance.
Payments are accepted in USD or Nigerian Naira (NGN) at the exchange rate in effect on the payment date. Prices displayed on the site are in USD, with NGN shown as an approximate estimate only.
Hajj installment plans
Custom installment plans are available for Hajj packages on request. The final balance must clear before departure and before we file for your Hajj visa. Missed installments may result in your trip being rescheduled to a later season and, in some cases, a change in tier or hotel availability.
Cancellation & refunds
Cancellations must be made in writing to travelsarabiya@gmail.com. Refund amounts depend on how close to departure the cancellation is made and on which components have already been paid to third parties on your behalf.
The following are typically non-refundable once processed: visa fees, issued airline tickets, and hotel prepayments. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
Visas
Umrah and Business visas are e-visas. Visa refusal is not a concern for these categories. The only scenario in which entry to the Kingdom could be denied is if the applicant has a previous immigration-law violation in Saudi Arabia. Clients must disclose any prior violation before booking so we can advise accordingly.
Hajj visas are issued under the Ministry of Hajj's quota and process, and are subject to seasonal availability and the Kingdom's official rulings.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate passport and personal information.
- Submitting required documents (passport data page, photo, supporting papers) on time.
- Holding a passport valid for at least 6 months beyond your intended return date.
- Meeting any health, vaccination, or insurance requirements set by Saudi authorities.
- Respecting local laws, customs, and the ritual guidance of your group leaders.
Our liability
We coordinate third-party services on your behalf — airlines, hotels, ground transport, and government visa systems. We are not liable for events outside our control, including flight delays or cancellations, force majeure, government policy changes, illness, personal injury, or loss of personal belongings. Travel and health insurance is strongly recommended.
Changes to the itinerary
We reserve the right to substitute a hotel or transport provider with an equivalent option where operationally necessary. Any material change will be communicated to you as soon as possible.
